  1. Absences and Make up Classes

    • Regardless of the reason for absence, students who miss their class may join the other classes with the same subject schedule as the one they missed. This is provided that the class is still with slots available.
    • The students or the parents shall request from the MSA branch for any class available for sit-in. Furthermore, there is no guarantee that the pace of the students’ regular class is similar to that of the other class.
    • Regardless of the reason for absence, students who miss their class shall be given a maximum of TWO (2) FREE MAKE UP LECTURE CLASSES for programs with 45 hours and above and ONE TWO (2) FREE MAKE UP LECTURE CLASSES(1) for programs with 44 hours and below. MSA shall schedule make up session/s for the missed class.
    • MSA will send a text message, a Viber message, a messenger message, or an email informing the students of their make up class. The students shall reply with their full names to confirm attendance for the said class. In the event that the students do not reply, their slots will be forfeited. Moreover, students and parents shall inform MSA of any changes in their contact details.
    • Regardless of the reason for not attending the scheduled make class, the students will receive a copy of the answer keys of the materials used during the day/s of their absences(not the entire material) but will not be given another schedule for another make up session.
  2. Late Enrollees

    • Students who enroll late for the batch are given TWO (2) FREE MAKE UP LECTURE CLASSES. The students who enrolled late shall attend the current scheduled make up class (e.g., Lecture session day 4) and shall receive a copy of the answer keys for the materials used for the session/s that they will not have make up sessions.
    • The TWO (2) FREE MAKE UP LECTURE CLASSES for late enrollees are not different from the make up classes for absenteeism.
  3. Dry Run Explanations

    • Regardless of the reason for absence, students who miss their Dry Run Explanation may attend other batches’ Dry Run Explanation provided that there are still slots available. The students or the parents shall request from the MSA branch for any class available for sit-in.
    • The students or parents may request (if applicable to the students) to view a recorded Dry Run Explanation, but may only do so in MSA Branches.
  4. Review Materials

    • The Review Programs are inclusive of review materials (modules or handouts). Regardless of the reason, in the event that the students lose their copy of the materials, they may request by submitting a letter for replacement. The cost is 1,500.00 per module or set of handouts. The cost of Reference Books replacement is dependent on the current price of the book/s.
  5. Early Bird Promo

    • Enrollment of the Early Bird Promo shall be done through Full Payment.
    • Students/ Parents who intend to upgrade their previous Early Bird Promo enrollment may do so. The program amount for the upgrade shall be based on the program amount at the date of upgrade and not to the amount during the prior enrollment.
    • Enrollment made during the Early Bird Promo may not be upgraded after the Early Bird Promo has ended.
    • Regradless of the reason, Early Bird Promo enrollments are NOT REFUNDABLE but are convertible to other programs or transferable to other students.
    • In the event of cancellation of the Entrance Examinations, the enrolled review program will automatically be converted to a 12-HR Tutorial Package or other MSA Programs with an amount lesser or equivalent to that of the 12- Hr Tutorial Package.
  6. Conversion or Transfer of Program Enrolled

    • Students enrolled in MSA Programs may request to convert or transfer the enrolled program to other MSA programs or other students by filling out the MSA Program Conversion or Transfer Form to formally request for program conversion or transfer. The request may be approved or disapproved by the Branch OIC or the Management.
    • Any request for conversion or transfer of a program that has passed the validity period (indicated in the Registration Card and Student’s Copy) will not be acknowledged.
    • Once approved, the new program or new student will still be subject to validity based on the agreement made between the Officer-in-Charge and the parent/guardian/student.
    • MSA shall deduct the equivalent amount of the consumed hours or sessions including the materials used by the students to the payment the client has made during enrollment.
    • The remaining amount after deduction of time consumed and materials shall be used as partial or full payment for the new program. Furthermore, the computation of payment for the new enrollment shall be based on the new program.
    • Program Conversion or Transfer may be done only ONCE. Moreover, a program converted or transferred may not be changed back to the previous program or student.
  7. Program Extension

    • Students who have reached the number of hours of the Review Programs Tutorial Approach, English Enhancement Program, Philippine Educational Placement Test review, and Academic Advancement Program but have not finished the materials yet may be given a maximum of (6) six hours extension. This is subject to the approval of the Branch OIC.
    • In the event that the materials are not yet accomplished despite the extension hours, the students may enroll to any of the MSA Tutorial Packages or may request for answer keys of the unfinished materials.
  8. PWD Discount

    • PWD discount may not be used in conjunction with any discounted MSA Programs. The clients may choose to avail either of the discounts. PWD ID shall be presented.
  9. Refund

    • (Refer to the back of the Registration Card). Students who are already halfway through the number of hours or sessions are not eligible for refund.
  10. Payment Terms

    • Clients or parents shall pay in full to be eligible for the discounted MSA Programs. Parents may enroll through 2-term payment (i.e., 50% on the enrollment date and 50% 1 week after the start of the program) but will not be eligible for a discount.
    • MSA Programs that are amounting to 10,000.00 and below shall only be paid through full payment.
